“#Mhari_Sarkar” A light on various schemes By Rajasthan Government

The Government of Rajasthan is constantly working towards developing new schemes for the welfare of the public in various zones. With an intention to ensure scheme related information reaches everyone, they have introduced a new campaign, #म्हारी_सरकार which encompasses government initiatives. 

The campaign, #म्हारी_सरकार, started from 15th September 2021, is providing all the data related to various future and existing programmes designed by the government of Rajasthan. This initiative of the government is playing an important role in making the citizens understand the plans that the government develops for their upgradation. Let’s look over some schemes that have been promoted recently through the campaign called #म्हारी_सरकार.

One of the schemes introduced by the government of Rajasthan is “मुख्यमंत्री निःशुल्क दवा योजना”. In this scheme most commonly used and essential medicines are provided free of cost to all the patients by government hospitals along with cost-free medical treatments for diseases like Thalassemia and Haemophilia. This scheme is useful for many sections of society, especially the underprivileged ones.

With the motto, “No one goes to bed hungry”, CM Ashok Gehlot introduced the scheme “इंदिरा रसोई योजना” on 20th August 2020. The needy will get nutritious food at favoured rates, twice a day and each plate will serve 100 grams of pulses and vegetables each with 200 grams of chapati with pickles under this strategy.

Farmers are a significant part for the survival of various inhabitants in a country and to strengthen their well-being and provide better facilities, the Rajasthan government has come up with the project called Mukhyamantri Kisan Mitra Urja Yojana, for the improvement in the economic condition of the farmers of the state. Under this project, the farmers will be given a subsidy in the electricity bills with an amount of 1000 rupees per month or 12000 rupees per year (Max). 

Another initiative for farmers is taken by the Rajasthan government through launching  “राज किसान साथी पोर्टल that provides various benefits to the farmers. This portal is launched with the motive of providing a direction to ease of farming. This is an online portal that provides various kinds of information and helps livestock farmers with agriculture-related schools and colleges. Data related to different schemes created for farmers can be gained on this portal.

Another scheme launched on 1st August 2021, is “घर-घर औषधि योजना by the forest department of Rajasthan and this scheme aims to protect the citizens from different kinds of diseases and increase immunity for all the residents of the state. As per this project, various medical plants, such as Tulsi, Ashwagandha, Giloy and Kalmegh, will be distributed to all citizens. 

Lastly, let’s discuss the Mukhyamantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana (the first insurance policy) that provides the benefits of many medical tests and also aids with the treatments of various diseases. This scheme is a major step taken by the Rajasthan Government as it is the first insurance policy that delivers treatment to patients free of cost under all the hospitals that are collaborating with this project.

#म्हारी_सरकार is a good initiative for the awareness of the individuals in the state so that the schemes that the government generates can be an aid for the development of all. #म्हारी_सरकार covers the sea of schemes related to the state government. The residents of the state can easily apply or register for these schemes through online procedures which can easily be done. These schemes are a step forward for the development of Rajasthan and its people. As a result of these commendable steps taken by the government, the citizens of this state are able to overcome some obstacles and lead better and satisfying lives.
