Rajasthan’s corona management efforts have been praised not only in the state or the country but all over the world and much of the credit goes to the newly created innovations of Rajasthan. Following are some important innovations in the series of various innovations through which the Rajasthan government has succeeded in achieving its goal of good governance and has set new dimensions in the field of E-governance.
– E-Pension and E-Lekha System
To save time, money and resources, IT based and paperless governance is the need of the hour. Departments are moving towards a paperless system while innovating. This will not only fulfill the resolve of sensitive, transparent and accountable governance, but also better service delivery to the common man. With the e-pension and e-lekha system designed for simplification of pension and accounting systems, the retiring personnel will get rid of complicated formalities and will not have to go round for pension acceptance. This will save time and will provide mental peace to the workers who retire from service after 30 to 35 years. Also, there will be ease in other accounting functions including payment of salaries, medical, travel etc. bills of the personnel. This step of the state government in the direction of good governance will prove useful for all personnel.
– E-learning
In order to ensure that the student is not deprived of education during the period, the state government is focused on e-learning, e-training, e-communication, webinars, e-placement including online employment fairs. Through various mobile apps and innovations, education is being imparted to children sitting at home and employment to youth. Through Raj-e-Gyan app, students can get primary education on mobile from home and for this there are various options in the app through which study material can be obtained in many formats.
Various study material related to Sanskrit education can be obtained through DevVani mobile app, another initiative of the state government. This mobile app is proving to be effective in saving the disappearing Sanskrit language.
At the same time, education facilities are being provided to the students through student windows, talk to teacher-interface, NICCI-chat-bot and Shala Darpan online modules.
– E-Mitra
Rajasthan’s largest service delivery network E-Mitra has given Rajasthan a new identity in the field of e-governance. Governmental and non-governmental facilities are being provided in various areas of the state, both offline and online and constant efforts are being made to make e-governance meaningful. Today, E-Mitra is spreading in every corner of Rajasthan with more than 85000 kiosks and citizens are able to easily avail the facilities provided by the government.
Jan Soochna Portal has been created to bring transparency in the work of the state government and to make the citizens aware of the schemes and information related to various departments of the state and through this many people are able to avail the right to information without asking for it. In order to make the information available to the people, both portal and mobile apps are available for public information and there is no provision for any kind of fee for information.
– Email ID for easy reach to Chief Minister
To ensure easy reach of the common man to the Chief Minister, a new e-mail ID has been created through which everyone is able to direct his messages, complaints and suggestions directly to the Chief Minister. Through this new e-mail id writetocm@rajasthan.gov.in, citizens can not only bring their common problems but also serious issues to the Chief Minister and their speedy redressal will be done on priority by the state government. This email ID is directly related to the Chief Minister, so these problems will be resolved quickly and immediately. This is an important step of the Rajasthan government in the direction of e-governance and through this the government is achieving success in achieving the goal of good governance.
Not only this, many other innovations have been taken by the state government, through which people have been benefited in various ways from time to time and the resolution of good governance has been realized.
