  1. eSanjeevani OPD – An online consultation service

eSanjeevaniOPD is a telemedicine technology developed to provide healthcare services to patients in their homes. It will enable Safe & structured video-based clinical consultations between a doctor in a hospital and a patient in the confines of his home. 

Salient features of this citizen-friendly web-based Teleconsultation Service (eSanjeevaniOPD) are Patient registration, Audio-Video Consultation with a Doctor, ePrescription, Serviced by state Doctors, SMS/Email Notifications. 

Not only this, it is a Free Service for all & is Fully configurable, which means you can check no. of daily slots, no. of doctors/clinics, waiting room slots, consultation time limit, etc. 

So whenever needed, you can book an appointment from your home on eSanjeevaniOPD. To consult a doctor, you can follow these steps:

  • Verify your mobile number.
  • Generate a token after registration.
  • Login upon getting notification.
  • Wait for your turn & consult a doctor.
  • Download ePrescription.

3.  Mukhya Mantri Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana

Under this scheme, every family of Rajasthan will get cashless treatment worth up to 5 lakh. In this scheme, two main points need to be read properly:

  • The insurance premium of the families which come under the National Food Security Act & Socio-Economic Census 2011 and the families of small & marginal farmers and contract workers will be borne by the state government. 
  • The rest of the citizens can take benefit of the scheme with a small annual deposit of Rs 850 only as an insurance premium.

4. CM Helpline number 181

CM Helpline number 181 has been established to find out all the information related to the state. You can also lodge complaints related to all the facilities provided by the state government. If you want to take information related to emergency services like 108, 100, or 102, you can easily get it on the 181 helpline number.  

The 181 facility is available round-the-clock.
